For the past two years, Caroline has been more than my weekly fitness support. Caroline started training me early in my pregnancy. She gave me the confidence to stay active and fit throughout my pregnancy, I was so surprised by the exercises I was able to do while pregnant and knew with her guiding me, it was safe for the baby and I. I loved our sessions in those early days, I asked so many questions about labour and birth and I valued all of her advice and recommendations. I continued my weekly prenatal training until a week before I gave birth. At four weeks post natal, with a tiny baby sleeping in her basinet, Caroline was back to get me moving post birth. Her constant encouragement and advice on anything  and everything to do with baby sleep, feeding and settling was an incredible support over those early weeks and months. I now train twice a week with a walking, talking toddler by my side who now gets down on the exercise mat to join me doing push ups and leg squats! My training sessions are a highlight of my week. I feel fit, strong and confident and looking forward to continuing when I am pregnant with our next baby.

We know exactly what your body can do and we safely train women to be in the best condition possible during pregnancy and long after the birth. After gaining permission from your Doctor or care giver, we can help you to:

Antenatal Education

Also known in the US as Lamaze, childbirth classes are an essential part of any pregnancy for first time mothers, or even mum’s who are expecting their second or third child.

We provide personalised, one-on-one childbirth education sessions in the home to assist you and your partner in becoming prepared for labour and birth. Because every single pregnancy and birth is different, this approach suits those expectant parents who are:

  • Preparing for a planned caesarean section
  • Needing a refresher or re-education
  • Wanting to stay in the comfort of their own home
